One Agency Syed Amin Properties will focus on key growth suburbs including Leppington, Catherine Field, Gregory Hills, and Oran Park. The timely launch of the new office coincides with the unprecedented growth across South West Sydney, driven by monumental infrastructure projects.
The region’s development is anchored by the new Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport and the new state-of-the-art M12 motorway, providing a direct, intersection-free route to the airport. These projects are central to the Western Sydney Aerotropolis district, a future innovation hub poised to generate thousands of new jobs.
At the heart of this transformation is Bradfield City, one of Australia’s largest urban development projects. Spanning 114 hectares next to the airport, this new global city will deliver an estimated 10,000 new homes and 20,000 jobs[ii].
