One Agency is not a franchise arrangement. All our members operate independent businesses and retain all of their profits.
There are no costs related to commission structures or fee splits. One Agency operates on a simple monthly membership fee.
We offer a flexible approach to monthly membership costs, tailoring bespoke packages for each individual situation depending on the size of the business and the area taken. Fees start from $950 + GST per month.
All One Agency businesses are independently run, therefore each individual operator or another related person is required to hold to an accredited Real Estate licence for the agreed allocated area.
As a new member, you are allocated an available area of your choosing, as approved by Head Office. You are able to transact property in any suburb but cannot promote or market your business in another member’s area.
You are free to run your business remotely or from an office shop front. The choice is yours.
We don’t dictate how you run your business or what systems you use, including your CRM. However, we have recommended preferred suppliers to assist you if required.
As an independent owner, you do not report to Head Office. No spreadsheets, sales figures or hefty data is required to be shared.
Yes, your name can be included in your new One Agency business. Our head of membership will help you work out the best option.
As a group, all agents are expected to operate based on best practice and to meet all compliance expectations of their state regulatory bodies. Head Office does not monitor or manage this for independent members.

Administration support is an important element of running a business and we can certainly assist you to find the perfect solution for you needs
We have a dedicated team to guide all new members with their setup. We look after your starter business cards, individual logos, directional signage and office design mock ups if required – all at no cost to you. All your other business add-ons are up to you but we are happy to assist with integration advice and supplier referrals to get you started.
If you need marketing support, One Agency has an extensive portal called ONE PLACE full of marketing templates, video tutorials, blogs and editable social media content free for all members. We also have a huge library of agent and property designer templates to suit every marketing requirement. If you want to outsource your marketing, we can also recommend some external companies for you to choose from.
