One Agency is continuing its strong growth momentum with the launch of One Agency Randhawa Property Group, marking the 10th new office to open with the network so far this year.
Led by Director and Selling Principal, Gagan Randhawa, the new office will service Quakers Hill, Nirimba Fields and surrounding North West Sydney communities, bringing together residential sales expertise, strong local insight and a relationship-led approach to real estate.
Mr Randhawa is an experienced local agent who has built his career around helping clients make informed property decisions and achieve the best possible outcomes when buying and selling.
Before transitioning into real estate, Mr Randhawa developed a successful career in facilities management, working with several leading global property firms. In these roles, he managed large-scale assets and developed strong expertise in property operations, client relationship management and professional service delivery.
He said this experience gave him a strong foundation for real estate which continues to shape the way he works with clients today.
“Real estate is more than just buying and selling property for me,” said Mr Randhawa.
“It is about building relationships, earning trust and helping people achieve their goals. I have always believed in providing honest advice, personalised service and making the property journey as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients.”
As Director and Selling Principal of One Agency Randhawa Property Group, Mr Randhawa specialises in residential sales, house and land packages, off-the-plan opportunities and working with developers.
He said the local property market continues to present strong opportunities for buyers, sellers and investors, particularly as areas such as Quakers Hill and Nirimba Fields continue to attract families and long-term owner-occupiers.
“There is strong demand from families, first-home buyers and investors, particularly for quality homes, house and land packages and newly completed properties,” said Mr Randhawa.
“We are also seeing increasing interest from buyers seeking larger homes and communities that offer long-term lifestyle and growth potential.
Mr Randhawa said local knowledge and a tailored approach are essential when working across the region, with every suburb and property type requiring its own considered strategy.
“Our market offers excellent opportunities for both buyers and sellers, but the right advice is critical,” he said.
“Every property is different, and every client has their own goals. My focus is on understanding those goals, providing clear guidance and working hard to deliver the best possible result.”
Mr Randhawa was drawn to One Agency because of its modern model, strong brand and the flexibility it provides business owners to deliver a more personalised client experience.
“What really stood out to me about the One Agency model was the freedom to run my business my way while still having the support of a trusted international brand,” he said.
“It has given me the opportunity to build a business based on my own values and focus on providing a more personal and client-focused service.
“I also value the access to all the tools and templates I need, plus a network of like-minded professionals which help me stay focused on delivering the best possible service to my clients.”
One Agency Founder and CEO, Paul Davies welcomed Mr Randhawa to the network, saying the launch of One Agency Randhawa Property Group was an important milestone in a strong year of network growth.
“Gagan brings a strong understanding of property, having built experience across both real estate and facilities management with major global property firms. That broader industry perspective, combined with his commitment to trust, service and local relationships, gives him a strong foundation for long-term success.”
Mr Davies said One Agency continues to attract principals who are seeking a more flexible and commercially practical alternative to traditional franchise models.
“One Agency’s model is designed to support business owners like Gagan, who want the freedom to build their own independent agency while still benefiting from the strength and recognition of an established national and international network,” he said.
Beyond real estate, Mr Randhawa is passionate about giving back to the community. He actively supports local charities and initiatives including Relay for Life and Supertee, and is also involved in voluntary service at the local Gurdwara Sahib, where he contributes to community programs and the values of selfless service and giving back.
He said these commitments align closely with the way he approaches business.
“As a family-run business, we are proud to be part of the local community and to support various charities and community initiatives,” said Mr Randhawa.
“Our goal is to build strong, connected relationships and make a positive impact beyond property transactions.”
With the launch of One Agency Randhawa Property Group, Mr Randhawa is looking forward to supporting clients across Quakers Hill, Nirimba Fields and surrounding areas with honest advice and a genuine commitment to service.
The launch marks another step in One Agency’s continued growth across New South Wales and reinforces the network’s ongoing appeal to experienced local operators looking to build independent real estate businesses with the support of a recognised brand.
